Donna D. joined Caribou in 1985 taking charge of the agency’s accounting

became involved in most areas of the agency’s operation, including
management.
She became a licensed agent in 1995, and moved into truck insurance
production in 2000.

Nancy utilizes her 21+ years of insurance experience in the administration of
all necessary processing of the vehicle physical damage programs that
Caribou underwrites. She also oversees ordering and administration of
driver Motor Vehicle records (MVR's), claims reporting and issuance of
certificates and binders that customers request.
